The Board will convene at 6:00 PM and immediately adjourn into Executive Session to discuss legal and personnel matters.

1. Roll Call by Clerk.

2. Mayor’s announcements and appointments to Committees or Commissions.

3. Trustee Reports.

4. Hear those persons who wish to address the Board.

5. Report by Police Chief.

6. Consideration of request by Dan Manich of Aurora Unlimited Inc., to canvass in the Village of Larchmont for the purpose of offering Verizon FiOS to the residents of Larchmont.

7. Consideration of Prisoner Transportation Agreement with Westchester County. 

8. Approve minutes of meetings – April 4, April 25, May 2, May 16, May 31, and June 13, 2011.

9. Attorney Legal matters.
- Consideration of Tax Certiorari Settlements:
a) Bar-Larch Associates – 1941-1957 Palmer Avenue
b) Ponder Properties – 2040 Boston Post Road

10. Treasurer Financial matters.
- Consideration of amendment to 2010/2011 NYS Snow and Ice Agreement
- Consideration of fees associated with upgrade to Town of Mamaroneck/Village of Larchmont emergency services antenna site located on Westchester Joint Water Works water tower at Winged Foot Country Club.

11. Adjournment.
